Richard Schilling is a Land Artist in the UK who works with only natural materials. He creates a diverse array of sculptures and constructs his pieces in the same area in which he finds his materials. His pieces are unique and stand out in their environment, yet do not seem foreign as they are in their natural place. Perhaps one of the most significant aspects of his work is that each piece is reclaimed by nature – and not a single one withstands the elements. After their creation, each piece is photographed with simple photography and no editing. These beautifully untouched images are the only evidence that each piece once existed.
